Q: Why did you make the decision to work at Chipotle?
A: I decided to work at Chipotle because of the flexible hours and because I love eating at Chipotle, too. I always asked myself why people seem so happy when I visit any Chipotle location, now I know that they are happy because they love what they do.
Q: What is your favorite thing about working at Chipotle?
A: My favorite thing about working at Chipotle is knowing that our food is delicious and that the ingredients we use are the very best quality. I love that I have all the support I need to be successful and that there are people that care and believe in me.

A: The most rewarding aspect of reaching Restaurateur is knowing that I have done a good job and that my team feels we all achieved our goal.

A: My advice for others on the road to Restaurateur is: do not give up! Keep up with the good work and know that good things happen to hard-working people.
Q: What is your go-to Chipotle order?
A: My favorite go-to Chipotle order is a steak burrito with white rice, black beans, corn salsa, a little hot salsa, extra sour cream and extra cheese.
