Dim’s family came to the United States as refugees when she was just a teenager. Since joining the Chipotle team nearly a year and a half ago, Dim has not only been able to support her family in their new life, she’s also building a career for herself. With a passion for food and customer service, Dim is working towards becoming a Service Manager soon and doesn’t plan on stopping there.
