Q: Why did you make the decision to work at Chipotle?

A: I was referred by a former employee who had joined the Chipotle team. He mentioned all the opportunities that were offered, so I decided to take my chances and applied at Chipotle in 2014.

 

Q: What is your favorite thing about working at Chipotle?

A: I admire the culture of the company and what it stands for.

 

Q: What has surprised you the most about working at Chipotle?

A: I have surprised myself the most with all the skills and knowledge I have acquired during this journey of becoming a Restaurateur. Now I am looking forward to furthering my career with the company.

 

Q: What has been the most rewarding aspect of reaching Restaurateur?

A: The most rewarding aspect is my peers watching me grow and being able to witness that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.

 

Q: What advice do you have for others on the road to Restaurateur?

A: Don’t chase numbers, always follow the correct procedures and your time will come!
